AI Sales Agent by Client Portal is a self-serve cold email workspace. Instead of stitching together a scraper, a sending tool, a separate inbox and a spreadsheet, you get one place to import leads, write the email, launch the campaign, and read what comes back.
What makes it different
- Managed sending. You never enter SMTP credentials. A sending mailbox is assigned from a monitored pool, its health is checked continuously, and it is replaced automatically if it stops working.
- Your replies, your mailbox. Connect the mailbox behind your reply-to address over IMAP and replies appear in the workspace in real time.
- Programmatic access. Every account can issue its own API key and register signed webhooks, so campaigns can be driven from your own systems.
- Explicit by default. Campaigns are created paused. Nothing is sent until you launch it, and volumes stay conservative.
How sending works, honestly
Deliverability depends on mailbox reputation, your list quality and provider rules. We ramp new mailboxes rather than blasting from day one, we monitor bounce and complaint signals, and campaigns are blocked rather than run through an unhealthy mailbox. That also means we cannot promise a specific inbox placement or unlimited volume.
