Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try the tools before paying

Every plan offers a free trial to explore the workspace without a card. Trials cannot verify emails, prepare or import lead lists, or send. These features require activated paid access.

Cancel a card subscription

Open Plans & billing in your workspace and select Manage card subscription. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid billing period unless the payment provider indicates otherwise. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund.

Crypto purchases

Crypto purchases provide one calendar month of plan access and do not renew automatically. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by cancelling your plan. Any refund request must be reviewed separately; never send a wallet private key or seed phrase to support.

Refund requests

Fees for a period already used are not refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid twice, or could not access the service you purchased, contact us so we can investigate. Refunds are reviewed case by case; this policy does not promise an automatic refund or money-back guarantee.

Email admin@waconzy.com with your account email, order or invoice ID, payment date and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, complete card numbers or private keys. Where a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and available return method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or refunds required by applicable law. Read this policy together with our Terms of Service.
